Kopaonik

From Pirot, my journey continued southwest to Mount Kopaonik. This is the most famous Serbian ski resort. The nature is simply breathtaking, with spruce forests and wide, well-maintained roads. The weather in the valley was hot, but at this altitude it was 8-10 degrees colder, which made the motorcycle ride even more pleasant. Kopaonik is quite large and there are many hotels and private apartments for tourists. The main season is in winter.
